The delivery times given at time of order Booking by PhysioFit Solution will always be informative and guidelines, not being binding for PhysioFit SolutionThe delivery of your order will be made to the address stated in the order that you have placed. If the delivery were delayed for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

PhysioFit Solution will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure, understanding force majeure to mean any act, event, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control.


PhysioFit Solution will not be liable either for the acts of the courier companies that it uses for making the delivery of its products at any time. The couriers will make two attempts at delivery to the address stated and your order will be returned to PhysioFit Solution after these two attempts, should they be unsuccessful. In this last case, PhysioFit Solution reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for compensation of damages which it has undergone as a result of the impossibility of delivering the goods.

Courier Services

  • Pakistan:Trax, Call courier, WithRider, Leopards, TCS, BlueEx, Swyft, MoveX, M&P.
  • International:SkyNet, DHL, Ups, Aramex, Pakistan Post or FedEx

Expected Delivery Time:

  • Within Pakistan:7-14 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
  • International:10-21 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)

Payments & Order Conformation

All orders placed from Monday to Friday take upto 2 working days to confirm. Orders placed on weekends or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays.  For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 3 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be cancelled.

Orders placed through online payment system undergo a comprehensive fraud status check. Upon clearance from our payment processor, they proceed to the next stage and in the event of a ‘failed’ fraud status they are automatically canceled.
